macOS Quick Start Guide

This tutorial will guide you step-by-step through downloading, installing, and configuring Clash Party on macOS, suitable for both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
📋 System Requirements
- Operating System: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or higher
- Chip Support: Intel x64 or Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3)
- Memory: At least 2GB RAM
- Storage: At least 200MB available space
🔽 Step 1: Download Clash Party
- Visit our Download Center page
- Select macOS (Universal) version
- Recommended download format:
- PKG (Recommended): Standard installer package
⚠️ Warning
Security Note: Only download from official GitHub Releases. Avoid third-party download sites to ensure file security.⚙️ Step 2: Installation
- Double-click the downloaded
.pkgfile - Follow the installation wizard
- Enter your administrator password when prompted
- Complete the installation process
First Launch Security Settings
- Open Applications folder and find Clash Party
- Right-click and select “Open”
- If macOS shows “cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer”:
- Click “Open” in the dialog
- Or go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General and click “Open Anyway”
🔗 Step 3: Import Subscription
- Launch Clash Party
- Click “Profiles” tab
- Click “New Profile” button
- Select “Import from URL”
- Paste your subscription link
- Give your profile a name and save
- Click “Update” to download configuration
🚀 Step 4: Start Connection
- Select your profile in the “Profiles” tab
- Click “Start” to enable proxy
- The menu bar icon will show connection status
- Grant network permissions if prompted
✅ Step 5: Verify Connection
- Open Safari or your preferred browser
- Visit a test website
- Check if pages load correctly
- Verify your IP address has changed
🔧 Common Issues
Issue 1: “App is damaged” Error
- Solution: Download again from official source, or temporarily disable Gatekeeper
Issue 2: Permission Denied
- Solution: Grant necessary permissions in System Preferences > Security & Privacy
